The South African Institute of Agricultural Engineers (SAIAE), in partnership with South Africa Tourism (SA Tourism), is honored and pleased to cordially invite you all to attend and be part of the upcoming 2025 SAIAE Mpumalanga Two-Day Packhouse Conference under the theme “Packhouse Excellence: Driving Agricultural Growth”.

The Packhouse Conference is to be held from the 26 to the 27 of June 2025 at the Paradise Creek Lodge Events & Conferencing in Malelane, Mpumalanga Province. The event will take place over two days and will comprise of presentations (08h00-12h00) covering various fields within Agricultural Engineering, in particular packhouses and Technical Tours (13h00-16h00)

The SAIAE Mpumalanga Two-Day Packhouse Conference will look to bring together industry experts, agricultural engineers, and stakeholders to share knowledge, showcase innovations and explore opportunities in packhouse technology and operations. The event aims to promote collaboration, drive growth, and enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in Mpumalanga and beyond.

Event Details

  • Dates: June 26-27, 2025.
  • Time: 08h00-16h00 (both days).
  • CPD Points: 2 CPD points will be allocated.
  • Target Audience: Agricultural Engineers, Farmers,
  • Agricultural Economists, and Extension Officers.
  • Expected Attendance: Approximately 50 delegates.

Terms & Conditions

  • Registration fees include Conference activities, accommodation, meals and Field visits.
  • PROOF OF PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY SAIAE BY 23 JUNE 2025.
  • No refunds will be paid if cancellations are received after 24 JUNE 2025.
  • Accommodation allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis as there is limited space at the main Conference accommodation. We encourage interested parties to book early.

An invoice for the correct amount will be issued upon receipt of the registration form where after payment can be made and proof thereof submitted to the SAIAE office.
